When our vehicle negotiators work on a customers behalf, they bring to the table advanced negotiation techniques, the very latest industry intelligence and real time valuation systems to ensure that they have indeed obtained the very best deal

Through the collaboration, customers can now experience the transparency of dealing direct with automotive manufacturers and their approved agents. The first objective of the collaboration was to effectively de-layer the supply chain and remove cost from every transaction. This has also removed a great deal of the sluggishness inherent in multi layered supply chains.
Security and Location 
We carefully chose a facility that is well located and secure, just 5 minutes from the M3 motorway, 100 metres from a main line railway station and 40 minutes from central London. All of our staff sign a confidentiality agreement and customer details are never passed to third parties.
Data Protection 
We hold a Data Protection Licence: Number Z174183. All of our staff are required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Customers can be assured that our servers, records and data are maintained in a secure and professional manner.
Systems Capability 
Our system software is provided and supported by ADP, one of the worlds leading automotive systems specialists. The platforms produced by ADP Autoline are capable of supporting many thousands of vehicles and have an exceptional reliability rate.
Financial Security 
When we achieve savings for our customers and those savings are paid as a rebate from a supplier, the money is paid directly into an Escrow account with Nat West. This money is not accessible by us and is transferred to the customer following their authorisation.
Safety 
We are signatories to the European Road Safety Charter and have pledged to make a positive contribution to road safety. Our customers benefit by receiving the most up to date information and advice to assist in their own vehicle and driver safety programmes.
Consumer Credit 
Our finance and credit advice is unbiased and informed. Customers benefit from a knowledgable and impartial assessment of the different funding options available. We hold a Consumer Credit Licence - Number: 0628153.
