This service, provided by Frixo, utilises data from automatic sensors placed at various points around the motorway network to monitor vehicle average speeds which are typically updated every three minutes. In addition to average speeds, this service also provides other data if available such as speed limits, traffic incidents, information extracted from electronic displays, roadwork information and hazardous weather conditions.
